In 2024-2025, thanks to our dedicated volunteers, donors, partners and employees, Héma-Québec was able to deliver nearly 800,000 high-quality human-derived biological products to Québec hospitals to meet patients’ needs.

In addition to the hundreds of thousands of human-derived biological products it is responsible for, Héma-Québec carried out major initiatives in 2024–2025, including advancing its ambitious plan to open new donation centres dedicated to plasma collection and overseeing the implementation of its mandate as the sole distributor of human tissues.
