Héma-Québec’s Recommendations Regarding Bill 7

Submitted to the Government of Québec in January 2026, this document sets out Héma-Québec’s final recommendations regarding Bill 7, tabled in November 2025, which assigned to Héma-Québec the responsibility for coordinating the organ donation and transplantation process, a role currently carried out by Transplant Québec.
