The stem cell laboratory is responsible for the processing, cryopreservation, and distribution of autologous peripheral stem cells.

- Health Canada/CSA: Héma-Québec complies with Health Canada’s Safety of Human Cells, Tissues and Organs for Transplantation Regulations, as well as the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standards Z900.1-22 and Z900.2.5-22.
