Would you like to support the scientific research conducted at Héma-Québec through your donations? This is an opportunity to help us improve the quality of blood products and enhance the effectiveness of the services we provide to hospitals and the people of Québec.
Please note that participating in this program does not prevent you from making regular donations at a donation centre or blood drive, provided the required donation intervals are respected. In addition, your research donation is recognized in the same way as a regular donation and is added to your total number of donations.
What registration involves
By registering with the Research Blood Donor Registry, you agree to receive invitations to participate in our research projects. Your participation will help improve the efficiency of our operations and the safety of our blood products.
Registration in the Registry does not obligate you to take part in any research project. You may also have your name removed from the Registry at any time by simply making a verbal request. All registration requests are treated confidentially.
